Printcraft of Shipley, West Yorkshire, manufactures greetings cards and is part of Card Factory group of companies.

In order to supply demand to over 700 Card Factory retail outlets the Printcraft production runs 24 hours a day. A PlantRun system was chosen in order to improve efficiency and maximize capacity.

Within 2 weeks of installation the company reported a 26% reduction in lost machine availability due to staff taking extended break periods.

The range of assets monitored includes SBL 1050SEF Foiler, Kora packaging machines, Stahl folder, guillotine, Bobst 106 die cutter, KBA and Heidelberg printing presses.
